ROSA KIHARA – PRESIDENT/FOUNDER

Rosa is currently the Admin of Halftime Institute East Africa. She is also a Gender specialist with 11 years experience. She has worked on GBV, Peace and Conflict issues, Climate change. Apart from Specializing in Gender Mainstreaming, she has been part of 4 campaigns as a lead coordinator and implementer, namely; the Tamar GBV campaign in Ethiopia, the YES Campaign on the Kenyan 2010 Constitutional process and the WEZESHA DADA INUA JAMII media campaign.

CAROLINE SARONI – VICE PRESIDENT/CO-FOUNDER

Caroline Saroni is a lawyer and academic. She has taught law in one of the leading public law schools in Kenya since the year 2009. During her tenure at the university, Caroline was the patron of the school of Law Christian Union. In 2019, she was appointed to one of the ministries within Kenya’s government to chair its disciplinary commission department.

Caroline also serves in the Parklands Baptist Church Women Ministry as the Children and Youth Champion.

Caroline is passionate about mentoring young lawyers and law students to effectively serve at the marketplace following Godly principles.

MARY MUNYAO – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

Mary Munyao is a Child Development Specialist. Mary has served as a Children’s pastor and worked with different organizations on children, youth and women empowerment programs. She is a consultant in the field of Child Development and Women Empowerment. She also runs a mentorship program for children and adolescence.  

Mary is the founder and director Connect Families Ability a community-based organization, which supports Children and Women with disabilities and their families. Mary has a first degree in Bible and Theology from Pan Africa Christian University and a Master’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Daystar University
